Welcome to Flutter Butter Bakery!

From a young age, I’ve always loved baking, and for as long as I can remember, I have been in the kitchen tinkering away at making cookies, cakes, and everything in between. A celiac diagnosis in my mid-20's pushed me to rethink my approach in the kitchen, so I could make all of my favorites gluten-free.

I started experimenting with different gluten free flours to figure out what had the best flavor and texture. Many years later after side-of-desk dreaming, and years of selling the items that I worked so hard to refine and perfect, I finally took the leap and opened my own gourmet gluten free bakery, Flutter Butter Bakery here in New York City!
